The video recording of the Fourth Annual Kenneth N. Waltz Lecture in International Relations, given by Dr. James Fearon of Stanford University on November 15, 2011, is available for viewing. His lecture, entitled “Anarchy is a Choice: International Politics and the Problem of World Government,” addressed the Realist assumption that anarchy is inherent in the international system and discussed the possibility of a world government.
