Professors Lincoln Mitchell and Alexander Cooley published a piece entitled “No Way to Treat Our Friends: Recasting Recent U.S.-Georgian Relations” in the January 2009 issue of the The Washington Quarterly.  The piece examines America’s flawed response to the 2008 conflict between Russia and Georgia.
