Gulnaz Khan Bibi is a third-year pre-law student at Columbia University, majoring in Political Science and Middle Eastern and South Asian Studies. With a deep passion for social justice, she has gained valuable experience through her work with CAIR-NY, where she assisted and contributed to communications efforts. She has also worked with Former United States Representative Gabby Giffords, focusing on gun-based violence reform. Hailing from northwestern Pakistan, Gulnaz is actively involved on campus as part of the Afghan Student Alliance, where she assists with events and works closely with Afghan students. Her commitment to social justice also extends beyond campus, as she enjoys volunteering with non-profit organizations that focus on improving education in her hometown in Swat, Pakistan.
