Description:

This event will bring together experts on engagement with the Taliban to discuss how the international community can effectively influence the Taliban to uphold its commitments under the 2020 Doha Agreement, and their initial promises on women’s and girl’s rights and inclusive governance. The goal is to propose recommendations that can help stakeholders to encourage the Taliban to moderate their behavior on human rights and intra-Afghan negotiations.
