Dipali Mukhopadhyay, an expert in international security and a new member of the Saltzman Institute, will be participating in TEDxColumbiaSIPA this Friday, February 15. TEDx events, based on the TED Talks model, are independently organized fora that enable students and professors to share experience and thoughts on how to make the world a better place. Dr. Mukhopadhyay will speak in the section “A Safer World”, which runs from 1:30-3:00
