In March, Professor Kimberly Marten was invited to present a paper on “Warlords” at the Conference on the Changing Character of War at St. Antony’s College, Oxford.  In February, she presented a paper at the International Studies Association annual meeting in New York, on “Dislodging Warlords: Cases from Post-Soviet Georgia.”
