On September 12, Anthony Costanzo had a new piece on the Saltzman Institute’s War & Peace Forum, our online platform where our undergraduate Saltzman Student Scholars can publish op-ed length articles on topics related to national and international peace and security. Anthony’s new article, titled “Risk, Reward, and Ruin: A Prospect Theory Analysis of Putin’s Gamble in Ukraine,” offers a theory-informed investigation into Putin’s high tolerance for risk.
