On April 4 the Saltzman Institute was honored to host Admiral William McRaven, Commander, U.S. Special Operations Command, in a special presentation for students and faculty. Admiral McRaven’s talk focused on the United States’ special operations forces and the part they play in current American military strategy and foreign policy.
