SIWPS Member Austin Long has won the 2014 Amos Perlmutter Prize for the best manuscript authored by a junior faculty member received by The Journal of Strategic Studies. The winning article, entitled “Stalking the Secure Second Strike,” was coauthored by Brendan Green.
