In March, Professor Aldo Civico, director of the Center for International Conflict Resolution, participated in a conference entitled “Contemporary Counter-Terrorism and Counterinsurgency: The Colombian Experience.”  Organized by the Ministry of Defense of the Colombian government in collaboration with the U.S. Southern Command and held in Colombia, the conference gathered a group of international experts to analyze the Colombian case.
