Professor Austin Long has recently joined Columbia University as a Member of the Arnold A. Saltzman Institute of War and Peace Studies and as an Assistant Professor at the School of International and Public Affairs. He received his Ph.D. in Political Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
